Collaboration is a core component of ANNU’s sustainability strategy. Examples include:
- The Interdisciplinary Research Unit (IRU), which funds and supports joint projects across engineering, health, social sciences, and environmental studies.


- Participation in INTERREG NEXT MED program, securing 4 international projects (one as lead partner) on sustainable agriculture, inclusive education, and entrepreneurship.
- The International Conference on Innovation and Sustainability in Engineering and Technology (June 2023), featuring global experts in AI and big data.
- Webinars on sustainability and SDGs in partnership with PennState Global and Dublin City University.
